No, we are NOT closing!

posted by info@greenpets.com @ 6:37am, Wednesday 23 September 2009.

Thanks to some very questionable 'blog-journalism' on-line, we've been fielding a flurry of inquiries about the rumor that GreenPets is closing.

It's not.

Quite the contrary: GreenPets is expanding.

If you've been to the store at all recently, you'll notice that we've been refurbishing our physical space (pardon our dust during the process, by the way). You'll notice new products, such as 100% recycled-materials leashes & collars, USDA certified organic pet foods, and innovative products like no-spill bowls. You'll even notice new personnel, as our staff of experts evolves toward greater excellence.

GreenPets is always looking to expand and improve our services to you, to your pets, and to our neighborhood! See you soon at the store.

YES, GREEN PETS AND DOGS BY DAY ARE CLOSING.THEY BOTH HAVE TO MOVE. I WAS THERE GROOMER UNTIL LAST FRIDAY WHEN THE COUSIN OF THE OWNER (TRAVIS) GOT IN MY FACE AND THREATEN ME TO OVER CHARGE A GROOMING CLIENT.I REPEATLLY ASKED DEXTER TO GET TRAVIS WHICH HE NEVER DID.HE NEVER SAID A WORD BUT STOOD THERE AND AS I WENT TO THE BACK TO PACK MY THINGS THEN HE WANTED TO TALK TO ME.AND I REFUSE AND QUIT. BUT NOW I AM DOGGIE STYLE SO I HAVE NO WORRIES ABOUT A JOB BECAUSE I AM A GOOD EMPLOYEE AND GOOD AT WHAT I DO. THE BEST EMPLOYEE THEY HAD QUIT ON THEM. YOU GUYS REMEMBER DAVID RIGHT?SWEET AND LOVING PERSON. THEY HAVE TO MOVE BY APRIL OR MAY 1 BECAUSE THEY LANDLORD WANTS TO SALE BOTH OF THOSE LOCATIONS.BUT THEY HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO LOCATE SUCH A SPOT BECAUSE OF TOO HIGH PRICE, ZONING AND ETC. THESE ARE THE FACTS. I WOULD START LOOKING FOR A NEW DAYCARE IF I WAS YOU.

I for one totally support GreenPets and everything it is doing for our pets and the environment in which they live. We can't have too many businesses devoted to our animals' wellbeing at the same time reducing their carbon pawprints by helping our pets go green. Thanks to businesses like GreenPets, it's possible to be an environmentally responsible pet owner in ways that were impossible before.
